15% chance on double blocks!

Hello, fellow readers, and possible downloaders!
This plugin gives you 15% chance on double the amount of blocks you normally get for each thing you mine.
If you are the server OP, or have the permission LuckyMiner.configuration then you can set the percentage chance of double mining with /setchance since version 1.1, or you can update the configuration in your Plugin Folder/Lucky_Miner
There is an effect and notification when you mine a block and get double the drops since Version 1.2.1 aswell!
